Haile Boutique Hotel · Arusha Reserve

Dining & Coffee

Two rooms,
two appetites.

The Swahili coast has traded cardamom, clove and pepper with these highlands for a thousand years. One of our kitchens cooks that history. The other roasts what grows an hour up the road.

The Garden Table, laid for dinner under the veranda.

Restaurant

The Garden Table

Open fire, highland produce, coast spice. The menu is short and changes with what the market has — usually a fish, a goat, something from the garden, and one thing the chef is arguing about.

Lunch12:30 – 15:00On the veranda or by the pool.
