This short policy describes the information this website receives when you contact Haile Boutique Hotel or begin a reservation.
Information you send us
When you submit a room enquiry, dining, wellness, meetings or private-event enquiry, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, dates and message. We use them to respond to your request.
Room reservations
The Book page also connects to Cloudbeds, an external room-booking service. Information entered into that booking flow is handled by Cloudbeds under its own terms and privacy notice.
Technical information
The website server may receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver pages and protect forms, such as an IP address, browser details and request time. With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, booking button clicks and successful enquiries. Analytics is optional; you can change your choice below. We do not send your name, email, phone number or enquiry details to Analytics. The site does not ask for sensitive personal information.
