Enquiries
An enquiry sent through this website is a request for a reply. It does not reserve a room, table, meeting or treatment until Haile confirms it with you.
Reservations
Room reservations made through the Cloudbeds booking flow are subject to the availability, rates and booking terms shown there. The external booking service is responsible for the reservation record and payment steps it provides.
Information on these pages
Room descriptions, facilities, hours and directions are provided to help guests plan. Availability and current room rates are confirmed through Cloudbeds or directly with the hotel. Dining, wellness and meeting arrangements may require advance confirmation.
